Turns out the comfort zone isn’t very comfortable.

  • Making sure everyone around you is happy, even when it’s at the expense of yourself.

  • Being the best at EVERYTHING, because “good enough” doesn’t cut it.

  • Always showing up as happy and fine so as not to be a burden or annoying.

  • I provide a 15-20 minute free consult via Google Meet to confirm I’m the right therapist for you. I’ll ask you questions about what brings you to therapy and give you space to ask questions, too.

  • We’ll begin our walk together with weekly sessions to build momentum for change. As you start to see progress, we can adjust the frequency of therapy to what feels right for you.

  • The goal of therapy is to feel like you no longer need therapy. You’ll implement the tools and skills learned during our work and live the life you’ve been dreaming of. And if you need a booster session or a check in, I’m here for you.
